Today is my third day of the South Beach diet. I feel a lot better today and I’m getting used to it.
I am on day 7 of the SBD and am also feeling better than I did the first few days. It is nice to read a site where the person has more going on than just an obsession with diet. I was wondering if I was the only one who felt like "crap" after the first few days and I'm glad I found your honest posts. Keep up the good work and keep posting your progress, side effects, and so on. Your blog is refreshing.
